I’m an independent esthetician based out of Salem, Oregon specializing in body waxing. I pride myself on being inclusive and can accommodate everyone. My goal is for every single one of my clients to feel like they’re seeing a friend while taking the time for their self care.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For first time clients, you will have to cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment. After that time frame, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. For clients after that first appointment, if you cancel within 12 hours before your scheduled appointment, there will be no charge but if you no show/reschedule after that time, you will be charged 50% of what your service would’ve cost. I do have to implement a 10 minute late policy. After that, I would need to mark you as no show and reschedule you. If you schedule more than 1 hour at a time, you will need to cancel your appointment before the 48 hours mark.
